Details

Office of the Deputy Director, Department of Agricultural Extension, Horticulture Center, Baradi, Meherpur, invites sealed bids from any individual, institution, or organization for the lease of the fruit orchard (mango, jackfruit, lychee) located at the Horticulture Center, Baradi, Meherpur, for a total of one (1) season, from December 2024 to July 2025, subject to terms and conditions. The lease schedule (application form) can be purchased at a non-refundable price from the Horticulture Center, Baradi, Meherpur, the Office of the Deputy Director, Department of Agricultural Extension, Meherpur, and the Horticulture Center, Chuadanga, during office hours (until 3 PM) on the day before tender submission. The purchased bids may be submitted in the boxes kept at the Horticulture Center, Baradi, Meherpur, and the Horticulture Center, Chuadanga, on the specified dates and times listed below. All received tenders will be opened at 3:00 PM on the day of submission in the presence of the Tender Committee members and bidders (if any are present). Additional terms and conditions regarding the fruit orchard (mango, jackfruit, lychee) are specified in the schedule (application form). If no bids are submitted on a scheduled date or if the submitted tenders are not accepted, subsequent dates will be considered for resubmission. Furthermore, all related notices and announcements will be available on the website of this office.
